Hamilton-based Yoga-2-Go classes

Join us on Mondays and Wednesdays for Strength Stretched Out classes! The Monday classes are aimed at runners and assume a good standard of underlying fitness, the Wednesday classes are more general. If you have any questions about whether a class is right for you – get in touch, we’ll help you out!

Aimed at runners, walkers and active people, these classes are moving and dynamic and may be a bit stronger than some other yoga you have attended. Don’t worry though, modifications are offered along the way, so beginners won’t be left behind!

No previous yoga experience is necessary to enjoy and benefit from these classes. In fact, they’re not your usual yoga class – so if you’re wanting an Ashtanga Primary Series, this probably isn’t the right choice for you.

Classes are at Hamilton Old Boys Clubrooms,cnr Willoughby St & Richmond St.
Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30 pm.
Costs: $75 for 10 class pass; $50 for 5 class pass; $15 casual

Te Kowhai Tuesdays

Yoga-2-Go in Te Kowhai

Join us on Tuesdays during the school term at 3:30pm at the Tuakau Seascouts Hall on River Rd for a general Yoga-2-Go class.

These classes are moving and dynamic and may be a bit more energetic than some other yoga you have attended. Don’t worry though, modifications are offered along the way, so beginners won’t be left behind!

No previous yoga experience is necessary to enjoy and benefit from these classes.
