We are currently running two sets of Yoga-2-Go classes:

  • Mondays, 6:15 am & 5:30pm – Strength Stretched Out.
  • Tuesdays, 3:30pm – Yoga 2 Tuakau

Strength Stretched Out – Yoga for Runners, Walkers, & Active People

Hamilton-based Yoga-2-Go classes

Join us on Mondays for Strength Stretched Out classes!

Aimed at runners, walkers and active people, these classes are moving and dynamic and may be a bit stronger than some other yoga you have attended. Don’t worry though, modifications are offered along the way, so beginners won’t be left behind!

No previous yoga experience is necessary to enjoy and benefit from these classes. In fact, they’re not your usual yoga class – so if you’re wanting an Ashtanga Primary Series, this probably isn’t the right choice for you.

Classes are at Hamilton Old Boys Clubrooms,cnr Willoughby St & Richmond St.
Mondays 6:15am and 5:30 pm.
Costs: $75 for the term (10 weeks); $50 for 5 class pass; $15 casual

Hamilton-based Yoga-2-Go classes

Join us on Tuesdays during the school term at 3:30pm at the Tuakau Seascouts Hall on River Rd for a general Yoga-2-Go class.

These classes are moving and dynamic and may be a bit more energetic than some other yoga you have attended. Don’t worry though, modifications are offered along the way, so beginners won’t be left behind!

No previous yoga experience is necessary to enjoy and benefit from these classes.
