For any level of yoga experience from absolute beginner to more advanced. Gonna make you sweat, suitable for people of average fitness (and up!). We’ll tailor the intensity to accommodate a variety of needs and abilities within a group. There’s plenty of free time to enjoy the amazing place you’ve decided to stay and the company of your besties!

Settle In

Arrive and grab a cuppa and catch up. Explore, get your bearings. There’s leeway here for people to arrive anytime from 4:30 to just before 6:00 pm.

First up a bit of pranayama – breathing work – to get us in the holiday head space and a little bit of back and shoulder care after driving.
