That’s OK, we got you! At an amazing serene location in Greenslade Rd, Raglan, we’ll treat her to an afternnon immersed in working out your chill down. We’ll how to take all that stressed, rushed, racing around looking after everyone else and convert that energy to grounded, calm, purposeful living.

  • Breathing techniques & basic pranayama
  • Yoga-2-Go techniques to calm stress energy and pull it to your belly where you can use it to your advantage
  • Short guided relaxation
  • Restorative yoga techniques
  • Yoga Nidra (deep guided relaxation)

We’ll give you a workbook outlining the techniques and practices in detail to empower Mum to rest and reset whenever you need to!

For Mother’s Day, we’re making it a bit special too! We’ll post out a gifting pack with some treats so you can surprise Mum with a little something with her breakfast in bed. In that pack is a special personalised card with your picture and a message from you. Once Mum arrives at the Secret Raglan Studio, there’s one last surprise … her take home workbook has a picture and special message from you there as well!
